    Our Team

Mike Threhane Applications Engineer & Owner Mike is trained and certified on Toshiba telecom systems with 9 years of experience providing telecom support to businesses in the North Bay. Although very multi-talented in his field, Mike's forté is programming and designing applications to solve specific needs or problems. Mike enjoys coaching his daughter's soccer team, home improvement, motorcycling, and snowboarding.

Tom Heisler Senior Field Technician Tom has over 25 years experience in the telecom industry. He is also certified with Toshiba and his many years working with Pacific Bell has made him very adept at troubleshooting and resolving telephone line and wiring issues. Tom relates well with clients, he is extremely knowledgeable, and a valuable asset to our team.

Melanie Threhane Office Manager Melanie performs various roles for Source One - including bookkeeping, office management, and sales and marketing support. She has over 8 years of experience in the telecom industry including computer systems administration, marketing and customer relations. Melanie enjoys reading, hiking, tennis, and spending time with her family and friends.

Russ Hagan SBC Services Consultant Russ, of Clearsignal Communications, is our SBC consultant and representative. With over 25 years of telecom experience, Russ is extremely qualified in assisting our clients with everything from sorting-out SBC technologies and products to placing orders for services such as PRI, T1 and new business lines. Russ is well-known and depended upon by businesses throughout the Napa Valley.
